• Registration Fee & Required Deposit

  Registration Fee
  $50 per child (per calendar year)
  
  Required Deposits
  $300 for each two-week session of programming
  
  Payment and forms are due on April 19th.

• Available Discounts

  Sibling Discount

  If you have registered two or more campers, each for a minimum of two two-week sessions of programming, you will receive a 5% discount off of tuition for the child with the lowest tuition total. The sibling discount does not apply to our Leadership Training Program. 
  
  Multi-Session Discount for Day Camp
  If you choose to enroll in multiple two-week sessions, you will receive a multi-session discount:
  

  • 5% off of two sessions
  • 10% off of three sessions
  • 15% off of four sessions

  Multi-Session Discount for Creative Arts & Adventures
  If you enroll in multiple sessions of the same program (e.g. two sessions of Creative Arts or three sessions of Adventures) you will receive $100 off of two or more sessions. 

  
  Waltham Discount
  We offer a 10% off of summer camp tuition for campers that are Waltham residents!

• Tuition Assistance

  We have tuition assistance available to families for our summer camp programs. The application can be found HERE and must be submitted to the Camp Office along with a copy of a full tax return by January 31st. You must contact the Camp Office about your application prior to completing the online camper registration. Final decisions on disbursement of funds will be made by February 15th.

  Waltham Bus Rates
  

  • Session 1 (June 24 - July 5): $90 *
  • Session 2 (July 8 - July 19): $100
  • Session 3 (July 22 - August 2): $100
  • Session 4 (August 5  - August 16): $100

  * Session 1 is discounted due to the July 4th holiday.
  
  Please note that we will not offer refunds for any changes / drops made with less than two weeks notice.
