We have an online registration process to simplify things and to conserve paper. We hope that you find this process easy and efficient. In order for your registration to be complete, at the end of the registration process you will be asked to pay the $50 registration fee via ACH Debit (echeck) or credit card plus a required deposit ($300 for each two-week session of programming). Please note that you will be charged a 3% convenience fee if you choose to pay by credit card.
Once you have completed registration, you will receive a confirmation email from the camp office explaining the status of your registration. Pending availability, your camper(s) will be enrolled in camp once we have received your required deposit. Once your camper(s) enrollment is confirmed, you will be able to log in to your account and click the Forms & Documents button to view and download all of the necessary forms that we still need you to complete. From your account page, you can also upload a photo of your camper, view and change your current registration status, make changes to your contact information, and more. The required deposit ($300 per session) and registration fee ($50) for each child must be received in order for your registration to be complete.
March 1st is our commitment date. If you need to cancel part of your application, you will need to do so prior to March 1st in order to receive a refund. You will be allowed to only drop one two-week session per camper that you have registered. You will be refunded all but the $50 registration fee. Any changes made after March 1st are not subject to refund unless we can fill your spot at the time of the change.
All registration forms for each camper registered must be received by the camp office by March 1st. Failure to complete registration paperwork will result in our moving your child(ren) to the end of our wait-list. The space in their group will be given to the next camper on the wait-list
Payment in full is due for all campers by May 1st.

2021 Vacation Camps We will not be offering our vacation camps for February and April 2021.
2021 Camp Dates Summer Day Camp: June 28th-August 20th Leadership Training Program: June 28th-August 20th Adventures: June 28th-August 20th March 1, 2021 Commitment Day - This is the last day to cancel up to two weeks without penalty. All required camp forms are also due on this date.
May 1, 2021 Payment in full due for all programs.
