Registration & Payment Policies

We hope that you find our online registration process easy and efficient!

When you have completed the online registration process, you will receive a confirmation email from the camp office explaining the status of your registration. Pending availability, your camper(s) will be enrolled in camp once we have received your required deposit. Once your camper(s) enrollment is confirmed, you will be able to log in to your account and click the Forms & Documents button to view and download all of the necessary forms that we still need you to complete.

From your account page, you can also upload a photo of your camper, view your current registration status, make changes to your contact information, and more. 

To make any changes in your registration status, please contact Denise at the camp office (781-314-0994).

March 31st is our commitment day! This means that prior to this date you can cancel up to one two-week session of your registration and be refunded your camp tuition. Any changes made after March 31st are not subject to refund unless we can fill your spot from our waitlist at the time of the change.

All registration forms must also be submitted by April 19th. Failure to complete registration paperwork by April 19th will result in our moving your child(ren) to the end of our waitlist. The space in their group will be given to the next camper on the waitlist.

Important Payment Information

  • You will be asked to pay a $50 registration fee
  • There is a required deposit of $300 for each two-week session of programming
  • You can pay via ACH Debit (e-check) or credit card. Please note that you will be charged a 3% convenience fee if you choose to pay by credit card.
