Registration & Payment Policies

We have an online registration process to simplify things and to conserve paper. We hope that you find this process easy and efficient. In order for your registration to be complete, at the end of the registration process you will be asked to pay online via ACH Debit (echeck) a required deposit ($400 for each Day Camp and Leadership Training registration, $400 per two-week session of Adventures and Arts, $200 for each one-week registration for Day Trekkers).

Once you have completed registration, you will receive a confirmation email from the camp office explaining the status of your registration.  Your camper(s) will not be enrolled in camp until we have received your required deposit and have confirmed availability.  Once your camper(s) enrollment is confirmed, you will be able to log in to your account and click the Forms & Documents button to view and download all of the necessary forms that we still need you to complete. From your account page, you can also upload a photo of your camper, view and change your current registration status, make changes to your contact information, and more. NOTE: There is an additional payment option where families can pay their bill by VISA, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. Simply click the credit card button below, select "make a payment", and select "summer program." Afford.com will charge you a fee of 2.99% of the balance charged as a convenience fee for this service.

(Programs are not in session on Tuesday July 4th, with the exception of our first session of Explorers, who will be away on their camping trip).

August 18th is a shortened day for all programs, with dismissal being at 2:00pm.
  • The required deposit ($400) and registration fee ($50) for each child must be received in order for your registration to be complete.
  • All registration forms and full payment for each camper registered must be received by the camp office by April 15th.  Failure to complete registration paperwork and/or not submit full payment by April 15th will result in our moving your child(ren) to the end of our wait-list.  The space in their group will be given to the next camper on the wait-list.
  • If you need to cancel part (i.e., one week) or all of your application, you will be refunded all but the $50 registration fee if you change/cancel the application prior to March 1st, 2017. If changes/cancellation occurs between March 1st and April 15th, payments will be refunded minus the $50 registration fee and a $150 change fee. No refund will be given for any changes/cancellations after April 15th.
