Running Brook Camps Community Partnership

Running Brook Camps believes in the power of community and supporting families at every stage of their journey. Through our established partnership with Waltham Family School and our new collaboration with Family ACCESS, we make a meaningful impact on children from birth through the school-age years. These partnerships allow our camp community to extend compassion and support beyond our summer program, creating lasting connections that strengthen local families year-round.

Waltham Family School

Since 2010, Running Brook Camps has continued to build upon its established partnership with the Waltham Family School, ensuring that every student heads into the school year excited and with the essential supplies they need. The number of backpacks and school supplies has grown each year.

This annual project highlights the compassion our campers show for families in their community, reflecting Running Brook's core values of community, compassion, and cooperation.

Family ACCESS Community Connections

This year, Running Brook Camps is excited to expand our community outreach by establishing a new partnership with Family ACCESS and Community Connections, supporting families with young children ages 0-6 through their comprehensive early childhood programs.

This partnership extends our camp family's support to the youngest learners in our area, reflecting our core values of community and compassion.

Summer Partnership Schedule

We're excited to partner with Family ACCESS and Community Connections during Sessions 1 and 2. Please see their complete supply list HERE. We'll then transition to supporting the Waltham Family School during Sessions 3 and 4 with their back-to-school supply drive - view the complete list HERE. This coordinated approach maximizes our impact and ensures continuous support for families throughout the summer.

These partnerships represent the heart of Running Brook Camps - building connections, showing compassion, and strengthening our community. By supporting families from early childhood through school age, we're creating a foundation of care that extends far beyond our camp community. Thank you for joining us in bringing our camp values to life through community action.
